Pete

Pete started in customer service when he was 18 years old in the hospitality industry. Over the last 30 years, Pete's experience has been in a wide range of industries. In 2009 Pete started learning online marketing, and today, the Client Support Pros team helps create the client experience and support for other marketing agencies and businesses around the world.

Lucas

Lucas, having grown up in an entrepreneurial family, saw first hand how relationships are the foundation of any business. Lucas started working in the online marketing space at a young age, and attended college for Photography and Multi Media.

Today, Lucas helps oversee the support operations, and direct oversight for the client concierge, gift box, and promotional products/apparel printing divisions.

Kelly

I've been working in customer service and sales for decades.

I'm very aware that not all customer service is good customer service.

I've grown so much in the aspect of customer service. I've learned patience and relationship-building during the process.

I've been a personal coach, teacher, and youth volunteer.

I enjoy spending time with God and family, reading and watching tv.

Robin

I have 4 years of customer service experience, as well as two years of management experience.

My hobbies include fishing, home improvement projects, and being with friends and family.

Johnathon

Born and raised in eagle river Alaska.

I have four and half years of customer service experience, and two years of management experience

Hobbies:

I have a lot of different art that I make. Including drawing, painting, glass blowing and jewelry making.

I am detail oriented, patient, and think about how something looks and feels beyond just how it can be used.

Hello! My name is Dani.

I have been in the customer service industry for over 6 years, and I love helping people achieve their visions & dream for their business.

In my free time I love to read, go on a walk with my dog, and hangout with friends!

I started with Client Support Pros as the Client Concierge and now love helping clients with the Support Team.
